You may initiate a return request if:

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories, tags, manuals, and invoice.
  • The return request is placed within 7 days of delivery.

2.2 Conditions for Return

  • The product must be inspected by our team (or brand service center) before accepting the return.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to physical damage or missing items.
  • Returns are not applicable for products damaged due to customer mishandling, improper use, power surge, or liquid spillage.
